Flounder Juliana – Stuffed with crabmeat in lemon Champagne sauce.
Honey Pork Chop – with brandy apple sauce.
Seafood Brodetto – Clams, shrimp, calamari, mussels in a lite plum tomato sauce over linguine.
Shrimp Trofie Carbonara – Sautéed shrimp with bacon, shallot, green peas and baby spinach in a cream Parmesan sauce over Trofie pasta.
Horseradish Crusted Salmon Fillet – Pan roasted salmon topped with horseradish butter and Italian bread crumbs. Served with potatoes and vegetables.
