Stuffed Pork Chop – Stuffed with Prosciutto and Mozzarella cheese, Crimini mushrooms, finished with Madeira wine sauce.
Seafood Brodetto – Clams, shrimp, calamari, mussels in a lite plum tomato sauce over linguine.
